Artist Bio

Aarti Gupta Bhadauria is an Indian sculptor from Bangalore who creates sculptures in terracotta medium. She completed her bachelor’s degree in fine arts with a specialization in sculpture in the year 2004 from Gwalior, India. Her sculptures are rhythmic, abstract, and reflective waves of feelings and emotions in various forms. One cannot stop without looking at all the angles, each angle depicts a different story. Sculpting and contouring bend and shadows and ever-changing curves and profiles with each slight turn to view. Aarti is an artist of Fine Art, sculpture, in the media of clay/terracotta. One can see the time, the eye, and the hand of Aarti in every work of hers, without seeing her name.

She wanted to do something different in life, so she decided to choose her own destination and started working in terracotta medium. Terracotta is one of the ancient mediums, she adopted it to propagate it along with modern ideas. She wants to be recognized for her terracotta sculptures. She has full faith that she will reach her destination with the blessings of God.

Aarti has received wide appreciation from connoisseurs of art and many prizes across the world. The prizes include such as “Best in Show” from Contemporary Art Gallery Online and Gallery Omata from the USA, 2nd place in the Artist of the Month contest by TheArtList.com USA, 3rd place among 3D artists by Light Space Time Gallery USA, Public choice winner from Exhibizone Canada and many more. Her sculptures have been exhibited at various National and International places like Garrison Art Center New York, Lalit Kala Akademi New Delhi, Bharat Bhavan Bhopal, Durbar Hall Art Gallery Cochin, and The Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai.

The “Indian Achiever’s Forum” conferred her with the “Indian Achiever’s Award 2022-23” in recognition of her achievements in the field of Arts.
