Artist Bio
Jennifer Zeng is a multidisciplinary designer whose work bridges architecture, product design, and visual art. With a master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania, she explores the emotional and philosophical dimensions of human identity through spatial storytelling, multimedia, and emerging technologies. Her creative practice investigates how culture, nature, and technology intertwine to shape experiences of belonging and expression.
Having lived in Shenzhen, New Zealand, and the United States, Jennifer brings a cross-cultural sensitivity to her practice, drawing inspiration from diverse emotional landscapes. Her work spans speculative interfaces, immersive environments, and conceptual art, often blending analog techniques like hand sketching with digital post-production and 3D modeling.
Jennifer’s pieces have been exhibited at institutions including the Penn Museum and have garnered international recognition through awards from global competitions organized by MIT and Google. Her latest series continues her exploration of nature's symbolism, focusing on the ephemeral beauty of flowers as a metaphor for resilience, transformation, and emotional renewal.
Currently based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, Jennifer continues to fuse storytelling, technological critique, and visual poetics, crafting works that invite reflection on humanity’s place within both natural and artificial worlds.
