Laura Kessler

Artist Bio

While Laura Kessler's roots stem from Long Island, her art branches far and wide. Laura attended Savannah College of Art and Design in 2004 and grew from there. While at SCAD, Laura was chosen by the American Advertising Federation for NSAC’s Coca-Cola campaign, where she acted as creative director; she went on to win two gold Addys and one Best in Show. After graduating Summa Cum Laude, Laura was recruited by several ad agencies; the thing is, she missed working with her hands, so she pivoted.  Over the past years, Laura was commissioned by the MoCA for a 50’ library mural, had a solo gallery show in Westhampton Beach, painted interior murals for prestigious restaurants in NYC’s Upper East Side, become an international award-winning and published artist, all the while completing numerous commissions along the way. In sobriety, Laura's picture of life has become panoramic, knowing a dream does not have to be a childlike fantasy, but a mindset at any stage. Art is Laura's life’s language, and she speaks it fluently, unapologetically an artist.
