Born and raised on Long Island in New York, Veronica dreamt of being an artist as a child, but it was many years before she could follow that dream and make it come true. Ms. Russo received her Master’s Degree and Certificate of Advanced Study in Education and worked as a teacher and school administrator while continuing her art. She has had four solo shows featuring her oils, pastels, and drawings and was named Artist of the month at the Center for Creative Education in Kingston, NY. She has been in 30+ groups participating in online art exhibits including the Stay Home-Make Art for the Dorsky Museum of Art at SUNY New Paltz in NY in 2020. Ms. Russo won a page in World Wide Art Magazine #9 and #10 in 2022. She was selected to participate in the Art for Ukraine exhibit on Artjuxtapose.com in July of 2022 and she was chosen for the Rebel online show and 2022 online show at HMVCgallery.com. She continues to draw, paint and follow her dream every day.

Bouquet For The Queen
On a warm, sunny day on June 10, 1970, on the island of Crimea, Ukraine, between mountains and the invigorating breeze of the Black Sea, she had seen the light of day. Elina grew up in Donetsk, a metropolis in Ukraine, known to many as “The City of a million roses”. Live in Avdeevka, Ukraine.
A life without flowers, Elina could not imagine. Surrounded by flowers, we are born and covered with flowers and carried to the grave.
What happens currently in her lovely Ukraine makes Elina´s heart bleed. The wonderful scent of roses has been disguised by the scent of scorched earth.
Whose incomparable bloom was trampled by soldiers’ boots? These flowers have accompanied her for a lifetime. Elina wished that her aesthetic style of “Myrianthismus” ( in Greek, thousands of blooming flowers ) could raise with the hope brush, to bring peace for all people.
Please allow me to share a few words on my art movement philosophy in an attempt.
Yesterday, today, and tomorrow, I am surrounded by flowers.
Flowers are what are left of the lost Paradise on Earth. Flowers are the best of everything God has created but forgot to allocate with the soul.
Therefore, my works are an incessant attempt to compete with the beauty of flowers.
Sometimes, play matches a decisive role in life. It was the time when I was looking for my own style. So far, I’ve created my motives with pencil and brush, without deviating from the conventional methods of removing myself.
Then the coincidence wanted me to meet a remarkable person. A gifted designer and art collector with a keen eye for the smallest details.

In the beginning, he praised the quality of my former works, but realized that it was not my style. He told me, “It is not enough to paint beautifully, you should try to find out your own aesthetic style”.
I followed his advice, and Myrianthismus was born at that time.
“Myrianthismus” called (in Greek „μυριάς“, myrias – 10.000 and “άνθος”, anthos – blooming flower) thousands of blooming flowers, which gives the opportunity to the viewer to delve into the microcosm of the painting.
The closer someone approaches the motive of losing the subject in a flower meadow. The further someone moves away from the subject of losing the floral carpet, and provide the motive.
Thank God, I am blessed with an abundance of color material (brush and canvas) as the only weapons for art performances to carry my own touch. Some works of art have traveled unsuccessful around the world, while other high-quality works of art can only know their own atelier walls. Artworks have their own fate, so the viewer can enjoy them without any outside influence.
Bouquet Of Love
Art has always been Linh Vo’s world beginning in her childhood in Vietnam. Later when she worked in the “super dry” Technology industry in Los Angeles for over 30 years, she took every opportunity to apply her creativity and artistic skills to her projects and made the workplace much more productive and enjoyable. People resonated with and appreciated her personal touches in her designs – an approach that in the technology world is often overlooked by many yet fully embraced by a select few such as Apple products. In 2017, Linh felt the desire to reconnect with her childhood dream by stepping into the art world, building upon her myriad of life experiences, and narrating that dream wholeheartedly to the world.
Linh’s art is unique and versatile. Her choices of colors are intuitive, purposeful, and yet personal, for example, using two tones of black and white to add a sense of balance and harmony or timeless elegance to a room, a touch of pastel to exude sweetness and femininity, bright and bold colors to trigger feelings of happiness, or earth tone color palette to promote serenity and emotional comfort at home.
Linh also incorporates special design techniques and visual effects in her wide range of artworks – from human stories, natural wonders, and still life, to abstract interpretations – to not only reconstruct the realism of the subject but also deliver its meaning, emotion, and story to effectively engage the viewers’ interests, captivate their imagination and leave a lasting impression.
Linh’s inspiration further comes from studying famous art pieces spanning different eras from artists — such as Vincent Van Gogh, Thomas Gainsborough, and Leonardo da Vinci, and emerging artists from visits to various local galleries and museums as well as online art exhibits such as Gallerium.art, Artsy marketplace, Pinterest, Facebook, and Instagram.
Linh’s art and creativity have quickly caught the eyes of community leaders and organizations. She was invited to showcase her arts in community fundraising auction events and is now a regular feature at the annual fundraising banquet for the Museum of the Republic of VietNam in Westminster, CA. Her arts have also been selected by prestigious and highly respected art competitions in 2024 thus far: “Love Grows Here” by City of Irvine, CA – Fine Arts Center, Laguna Art Gallery, the largest art gallery in Southern CA, and True Beauty (international); “Making Every Minute Count” and “Red Romance” by City of Newport Beach, CA – 57th Art Exhibition and Award Competition; “A New Day” by Shapes and Colors online Exhibition and Publication (international); and “The General’s Wife” by Artistonish Magazine – 46th May Issue (international).
Hello, My name is Linh Vo. I am a retiree from the City of Los Angeles where I have worked for over 30 years. My last position was as Director of Systems overseeing the City’s complex Payroll Operation, responsible for processing 50,000 City employees’ paychecks every two weeks. Now that I retired, I have resumed what I have loved most: creating unique and valuable art pieces for every home!
Attention to detail and quality of work are keys to my success. To help bring out the depth, beauty, joy, realistic and magical effects of my paintings, I use a mix of colors, and various combinations of mixed media, techniques, and designs, including incorporating nature’s breathtaking beauties of the natural world such as fresh flowers, leaves, pine cones, etc. into my art.
Nothing gives me greater joy than to see a smile on my customers’ faces when they see and buy my art. As an emerging artist, I feel blessed, inspired, and proud that my artworks have been recognized and chosen for magazines, publications, exhibitions, promotions, sales, auctions, community events, and awards.
Bouquet Of Orange
Leslie McCarron’s vivid brushstrokes converge on the canvas to evoke powerful emotions in the viewer. A native of Carmichael, Northern California, McCarron’s art springs from the serenity of the American River where she has spent most of her life. 2006 marked a turning point in her life when she wholeheartedly embraced her childhood dream and enrolled in fine art classes at American River College. Her inborn talent shone through rather quickly, encouraging her to continue her journey with art under the tutelage of seasoned artists.
Preferred for its rich creamy texture and versatility, oil paint is McCarron’s chosen medium for expression. Her finished works often display a harmonious blend of realism and abstraction, usually manifesting as floral still lifes and landscape compositions. McCarron’s art projects a modern aesthetic, deploying a palette of vibrant and bold colors underscored by the strategic use of light, shadow, and movement. Exhibiting deftness with both the paintbrush and the palette knife, she isn’t averse to using both these tools in a single painting.
McCarron’s creativity finds expression in many prominent galleries. Archival Gallery in Sacramento, California represents her work. Here, she has conducted two solo shows and participated in numerous group events. Recently, Hayden Art Agency took her under their wing, planning to showcase her oeuvre in the key cities of the western US.
McCarron’s art has found a place in many private collections throughout the US, a testament to her unique style and versatility. She is also a regular feature at the annual PBS KVIE Art Auction, boasting multiple awards to her name, and had the honor of showcasing her work via a one-person show at the PBS KVIE Gallery.
As an artist, my work is all about color. From the vibrant hues of a still-life arrangement to the natural beauty of a landscape, color is what motivates, excites, and drives me. Growing up surrounded by the colorful world of nature in Northern California, I have always been drawn to the endless spectrum of colors that our world has to offer.
Nature and color continue to be my muse as I strive to convey movement, personality, excitement, and beauty in my paintings. Using oil as my preferred medium, I love the intimate journey it takes me on with its thick texture and versatility. Whether applying it thickly with a pallet knife or thinly in a glaze, oil allows me to experiment with various techniques to create a unique visual experience.
I find myself lost in a painting as I interpret a subject into what it means to me, capturing the emotions and feelings it evokes rather than focusing on exact realism. At the end of the day, I believe art is about touching a part of us in unexpected ways. Through my work, I aim to create a connection between the viewer and the natural world, inviting them to feel the same sense of wonder and awe that inspires me every day.

Joanna is a contemporary artist who lives and works in Sheffield, England. She works with various mediums and in various styles, the most distinctive using pen and ink. Colour is used but more often she leans towards monochromatic expression. Her work captures the eye drawing you in to explore further, and captivating her audience with a hidden detail.
Most of her work evolves purely from her imagination and the subject matter from whatever piques her interest be it nature, music, or fantasy.
Joanna has had no formal training within the art world but has always aspired to create complex pieces to draw people in to observe the world from her mind’s eye.
Joanna’s artwork is now being entered into exhibitions both nationally and internationally.
Joanna grew up in Dronfield, Derbyshire, UK in an environment providing very few opportunities to pursue her interest in art and music, outdoor activities and drawing filled the void. Her father was a policeman and both parents had an artistic flare.
Joanna is a self-taught artist and spent most of her free time experimenting with pen and ink. She has been drawing and painting intermittently for the last 30 years and is now able to achieve this full-time.
Joanna has always had a deep interest in art, which is inspired by the infinite possibilities of her own perceptions and imagination. She is hopeful that through her work she is able to create a window to weird and wonderful alternatives to everyday life.

When I was studying architecture, photography was a tool I used in the creation of projects and to enhance the presentation of the final product. I incorporated the camera lens as a part of the design development process looking at elements of design such as form, space, geometry, light, texture, and color. Over time, as I improved my knowledge of creative design, I also increased my interest in photography learning that the elements were the same. In recent years I have further evolved into taking my conventional images and integrating them into composites, digital paintings, and abstract designs. Photography is a constant journey. It has also allowed me to broaden my horizons into earthborn street imagery and the opportunity to develop another of my interests which includes film noir. I look forward to continuing the journey.

The study of design has allowed me to expand my horizons to all avenues of photography. Just as I had photographed the composites of my designs, my work is now focused on looking for the components of a creative design or story in every photograph I take. To me, composing a photo is similar to designing a building. I like to see how the visual building blocks in the elements of design can be combined into a unique whole.

I studied art and design at the University of Long Beach, California as well as printmaking at Otis/Parson Art Institute in Los Angeles. My interest in art led me to a career representing artists and photographers located in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York. An art workshop in Santa Fe, New Mexico was the start of my painting career. I continued studying on my own and taking workshops with known artists to learn the art of painting. Art has been part of my life, printmaking, fiber sculpture, and graphic design are all part of what I do but painting is my true love. I look to my previous careers as being very important since they were a molding of different mediums that have formed what I do today.
Embarking on the journey of self-discovery as an artist has been a profound odyssey for me. For years, I concealed the artist within, tethered by the conventions instilled during my upbringing. The notion that talents should serve practical family needs restrained my creative spirit. Initially immersed in utilitarian crafts I crafted quilts and sculpted with natural fibers each giving recognition to my past work.
Yet, a longing for genuine artistic expression persisted. The challenge lay in relinquishing the security of traditional teachings. Weaving pine needles into vessels, found a bridge between heritage and a yearning for change. The turning point came in a college design class – a gateway to newfound freedom. Life drawing, printmaking, and sculpture unfolded before me, broadening my artistic horizon.
The pivotal moment arrived at the Los Angeles County Museum, where I stood captivated by a Mark Rothko exhibit. Enormous canvases adorned with bold, serene palettes beckoned me into the realm of Art. It prompted introspection – did I possess the essence to tread this path? Could I uncover the unique artistic voice and navigate the labyrinth of self-expression?
The evolution unfolded gradually. Past experiences and teachings became the foundation for my current artistic endeavors. Each stroke on the canvas echoes the amalgamation of history and newfound desires. The artistic voyage is dynamic, and ever-changing, mirroring the kaleidoscope of my thoughts and aspirations. With every brushstroke. I am not merely creating art; I am finding my way, shaping my narrative in the vast, boundless canvas of the art world.

I paint and draw. And through this creation process, I connect my own identity with collective thoughts of freedom, eternity, and enlightenment.
My work is inspired by everyday visions in the static way of each scene. Just as a reality that is directed by physical and spiritual laws, my paintings are bound to the expressionist line, parallel to a contemporary vision. This specific stroke that reveals figurative forms considers the inclusion of color and texture. These paintings show light through impressionist brushstrokes mastered in yellows and vivid colors. Using these visual forms, I work to represent the meeting of yearning and reality.

My name is Nunix and I was born and raised in NY spending most of my time in Staten Island. I have always been compelled to create ever since I was a kid, however, what inspires me to continue is, inspiring others to follow their dreams. My goal is to be able to spread positivity to my maximum potential and be a positive change agent in the world. My art consists of a mesh of multiple genres including line, pop, doodle, and abstract art.
Through my vibrant and diverse palette, I strive to captivate viewers with a kaleidoscope of colors, inviting them into a world where the surface beauty conceals deeper, thought-provoking themes. Color is my chosen language, and I wield it with intention and purpose. The richness and variety of hues I employ reflect the incredible diversity that exists within our world. However, beneath the vibrant surface lies a deeper exploration of darker themes. Through the interplay of colors, I invite viewers to explore beyond the immediate visual display and discover the underlying narratives. By confronting these themes, I hope to challenge preconceived notions and encourage critical reflection on societal issues that are often overlooked or neglected.
